While the title calls the redesigns “bad,” I don’t think they’re all bad.
I think some of the logos on the list are pretty good, namely Bacardi and Brut. Both changes are different enough to make people notice, but are tasteful enough not to turn people off. The same applies to the Hershey logo.
On the other hand, there are a couple on the list that make me wonder “what in the world were they thinking?!” And I’m looking at you Monster and YMCA of England! The latter is terrible, in my opinion. Nothing about it is modern or attractive and the design makes the organization look out of date.
